2. Geographical scope and deliveries

We deliver only within Spain.

Orders are processed and dispatched from our premises at Calle La Huerta, Unit 4, Alcorcón, Madrid, 28921.

Deliveries are handled by the courier company NACEX. The estimated delivery time is 48 to 72 working hours from the time the order is confirmed.

Postage costs start at €9, depending on the weight and size of the order.


3. Minimum order

The minimum order value in our shop is €15.


4. Returns and cancellation

In accordance with current consumer protection legislation, customers have 15 calendar days from receipt of their order to request an exchange or a refund.

Returns are accepted provided the product is in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging.

The customer is responsible for the delivery costs associated with the return.

To initiate a return, please contact us by email or phone, stating your order number and the reason for the return.


5. Refunds

Once we have received and checked the condition of the returned item, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days of receiving the item.


6. Guarantees

All products sold are covered by the two-year statutory warranty established by European and Spanish consumer protection legislation (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). In the event of a defect or non-conformity in the product, the customer may request repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract, as appropriate.


7. Age restriction

Purchases from our shop are restricted to those aged 18 or over. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they meet the minimum age requirement.


8. Data protection

The personal data provided during the purchase process will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policyin compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).


9. Applicable legislation

These terms and conditions of purchase are governed by Spanish law. In the event of any dispute arising from these terms and conditions, both parties agree to submit to the courts and tribunals of the consumer’s place of residence, unless the law provides for a mandatory jurisdiction.
